EWI is a specialist international recruitment business supporting major infrastructure, energy and renewable projects across the globe.

We are currently growing at 26% year-on-year and continuing to invest in our international freelance business.

We have our own compliance system, dedicated legal and compliance teams, international mobility support, and established payroll operations that ensure contractors are supported and paid on time, every time.

We have a successful Onshore Wind business and are now looking for a commercially focused person to use our platform to help drive the next phase of growth into adjacent markets.

The Role

As a Contract Sales Division Lead, you'll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, gathering leads through our network and winning new business in a specialist market.

This is not a 'cold desk' opportunity. This is a sales-led opportunity for someone who is commercially-minded and interested in using existing relationships and an established market presence to break into a new sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain existing client relationships to gather leads and identify new business.

Identify opportunities in adjacent sectors.





Build a desk work with the delivery team to fill vacancies.

Contribute to the future growth strategy of the freelance division.

Requirements

Proven 360 recruitment or sales experience.

Market experience in adjacent areas such as Offshore Wind, Cabling, HVDC, Subsea, Grid Infrastructure or BESS etc.

Commercially-minded and driven.

Ambition to progress into leadership.
