About the Role:

The client is seeking a proactive, creative, and action-oriented Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and take charge of initial lead engagement. You will manage external marketing agencies, oversee creative ad content (social media/video), drive direct lead outreach (calls, texts, emails), and nurture relationships with past clients to generate referrals.

The idóneo candidate possesses strong initiative (spunk), creative problem-solving skills, and a baseline understanding or strong interest in the construction and home remodeling industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Marketing Oversight & Creative Direction
- Agency & Asset Review: Manage external advertising agencies/vendors to ensure marketing materials, video ads, and campaign copy align with company standar
