As we expand our residential footprint and scale into commercial construction, we are seeking proactive, growth-minded talent to join our team and help drive our systems forward.About the Role:The client is seeking a proactive, creative, and action-oriented Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and take charge of initial lead engagement. You will manage external marketing agencies, oversee creative ad content (social media/video), drive direct lead outreach (calls, texts, emails), and nurture relationships with past clients to generate referrals.The adecuado candidate possesses strong initiative (spunk), creative problem-solving skills, and a baseline understanding or strong interest in the construction and home remodeling industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Oversight & Creative DirectionAgency & Asset Review: Manage external advertising agencies/vendors to ensure marketing materials, video ads, and campaign copy align with company standards prior to public launch.Social Media & Ad Campaigns: Help plan, post,





and track creative advertising campaigns across Facebook and other relevant social media platforms to attract residential leads (roofing, siding, and general contracting).Out-of-the-Box Lead Generation: Brainstorm and execute unconventional or creative digital and local marketing ideas to increase brand visibility.2. Lead Management & Direct OutreachImmediate Response: Rapidly follow up with incoming marketing leads via phone calls, SMS/texts, video chats, and emails to qualify potential clients before they reach out to competitors.Outbound Calling: Proactively call prospective clients and conduct check-ins with past clients to nurture relationships, request reviews, and generate referral business.Database & Pipeline Hygiene: Organize lead data, keep track of client communication logs, and coordinate with technical team members managing CRM software (GoHighLevel/HousePro).3. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with the Owner, Local Administrative Assistant, and Tech/CRM Specialist to align marketing efforts with overall business capacity and general contractor operations.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing oversight, social media ad management, or sales development/outbound lead response.Industry Interest: Strong interest or prior background in residential construction, roofing, siding, or general contracting.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable and confident making outbound phone calls and sending text/video messages to prospects.Tech Savviness: Familiarity with social media ad management platforms.
