As HR Services strives to combine competent and professional business partnering with a constant enhancement of services in an efficient and value-adding way, the role is vitally supporting this target by following key responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general administration within the HR Services team for all defined processes, tools and programs and processes, such as: Hired to Retire, Social security, filing, document management, leaves and absences, benefits administration, etc., and support some payroll activities.Be a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding the respective HR Services processes and challenges.Maintain system wide through SAP, Success Factors, and other relevant HR systemsPerform reports and manage employee's systems requestsHandle standard inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone, email.Timely execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables,





and service levels in compliance.Support and administer the digitalization within HR ServicesIdentify improvement potential in all HR Services processes and administer the implementation of the improvements.Support in the preparation of data and system audits and execute accordingly.Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics according to the process and knowledge data baseContribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes and systems and respective documentationEnsure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined proceduresSuggest modification of systems and processes to ensure correct execution of laws and compliance to company policiesProviding input for creation of user manuals and process mappingsProviding input for communication of standards, procedures and processes to employees, internal customers.Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts within HR Services.Key RelationshipsHR Services and Payroll teamsHR Business Partners and Expert Teams: Rewards, Talent AcquisitionExternal authorities, consultants, and suppliersCross Functional Partners including Local Finance, GBS, Legal and Internal ControlsRequisite Education And Experience / Minimum QualificationsUniversity degree or Commercial education3+ years relevant working experience in a multi-national environment, preferably within HRGood level of affinity to and experience with HR and Business computing solutions, with SAP HR/ SAP OM knowledgeGood knowledge of MS-Office applicationsVery good analytical skills and detail-oriented work styleTeam player mentalityStrong customer focus and service mindedInternational mind-set; first experience as part of a geographically & culturally diverse teamAbility to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importanceVery good command of English B2adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
