OverviewWe're looking for an AI Coach / Teacher to help individuals and teams build practical, confident fluency with artificial intelligence tools. In this role, you won't just explain what AI is - you'll teach people how to actually use it: prompting effectively, integrating AI into daily workflows, understanding its capabilities and limitations, and building healthy, productive habits around these tools. This is a fully remote position. You'll work with learners across different time zones, skill levels, and industries, delivering both live sessions and self-paced content.ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver engaging lessons, workshops, and 1:1 coaching sessions on AI literacy and applied AI skills (e.G., prompt engineering, tool selection, workflow integration)Break down complex AI concepts into clear, approachable language for non-technical learnersCreate curricula, exercises, and assessments that track real skill growthStay current on major AI tools and platforms (LLMs, coding assistants, automation tools, etc.)





and translate new developments into practical teaching materialProvide personalized feedback and coaching based on each learner's goals and paceMinimum RequirementsStrong working knowledge of major AI tools and platforms (e.G., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and how to use them effectively in real-world tasksDemonstrated experience teaching, training, tutoring, or coaching adults (formal or informal)Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical concepts simplyComfort with video conferencing tools and remote collaboration platformsSelf-directed and organized; able to manage your ownschedule and deliverables in a remote environmentPreferred RequirementsGenuine curiosity about AI and a habit of continuously learning as the field evolvesBackground in instructional design, education, corporate training, or curriculum developmentExperience with prompt engineering or building AI-powered workflows/automationsFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) or cohort-based course platformsPublic speaking, workshop facilitation, or content creation experience (video, writing, etc.)#J-*****-Ljbffr
