Strong English communication skills and prior U.S. law firm or U.S.-based legal experience are required.What You'll Be Doing:Legal Document PreparationDraft pleadings, agreements, and motions.Prepare and file court documents and other legal filings.Develop corporate formation documents and business agreements.Create customized estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Contract Drafting and ReviewDraft tailored agreements for business and personal transactions.Review contracts for legal compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.Identify legal risks and suggest revisions or improvements.Negotiate contract terms and conditions on behalf of clients.Compliance and Regulatory SupportMonitor and interpret changes in relevant federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.Ensure adherence to compliance standards and legal requirements.Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports for regulatory agencies.Client Communication and Case ManagementProvide legal advice and consultation to clients.Conduct initial case assessments and client intake procedures.Prepare case briefs, deposition summaries, and trial-related documents.Manage schedules, deadlines,
