- Configure new Roaming agreements in the Core Network, including HLR/HSS, STP, DRA, SGSN, MME, DNS, MSC, and IMS
- Troubleshoot during the testing phase for new roaming agreements
- Troubleshoot post-launch issues for new roaming agreements
- Capture and analyze traces to understand Roaming flows during implementation of new roaming agreements
- Implement processes that improve usual business operations (Business as Usual)
- Follow up with the different areas involved to advance IREG and TADIG processes
- Generate weekly reports detailing progress and incidents related to the IREG process
- Monitor and interpret data and take necessary actions to ensure proper operation of Roaming services
