Blacksmith Agency is seeking an AI Software Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role focuses on production systems, not model training, working with engineering and delivery leadership to turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped workflows.
You will build agentic workflows using LangChain or LangGraph, integrate with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, and develop internal tools that reduce manual work across our design and development processes.
