Were looking for an experienced architect or industrial designer who can develop compelling designs, guide client conversations, and translate ideas into technically feasible solutions for projects in New York.

Your role
Youll connect the clients vision with BELTs design and fabrication capabilities. From early concepts through technical development, youll shape proposals, explain design decisions, and guide clients through choices of form, materials, and finishes.

What youll do

Understand client needs and translate project briefs into bespoke architectural metalwork proposals.
Advise clients on design options, materials, and finishes, balancing aesthetic intent with technical feasibility.
Develop concepts, sketches, 3D models, renderings, and presentations that clearly communicate your proposals.
Produce technical drawings and construction details to support project execution.

What youll bring
A degree in Architecture or Industrial Design,



with a postgraduate qualification in Design.
At least seven years of experience in architectural design, interiors, or highend projects, including work on metalwork, bespoke furniture, products, or architectural elements.
Experience presenting design proposals and working directly with clients.
Strong aesthetic judgment and the creativity to develop original design concepts
Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to lead design conversations, explain technical decisions, and respond to client questions.
A valid U.S. visa and availability for international travel.

Location compensation
Based in La Tebaida, Quindío, Colombia, with required onsite attendance and travel to the United States as needed.
Compensation COP 5,600,000, including base salary and variable compensation.
