Role Summary
As a Project Manager, you will work alongside a Salesforce delivery team and its clients, coordinating implementation projects so that every deliverable lands on time and on budget. You will be the daytoday point of contact for the client, keeping stakeholders aligned across all the moving parts of a project.

Responsibilities
Build project timelines with the client and the delivery team, defining milestones, key deliverable dates, and any use cases with distinct deadlines.
Coordinate availability, schedule meetings, and distribute invites across client and delivery teams.
Track tasks and timelines against the Statement of Work and keep team members on track.
Ensure the client completes their tasks by the requested deadlines and communicate any timeline shifts that result from delays.
Assign tasks to the right team members using project management tools such as Asana.




Take notes during all calls and distribute them to client and delivery teams.
Lead kickoff calls covering introductions, methodology, scope, and next steps.
Lead weekly status calls and send weekly status reports completed tasks, upcoming tasks, and budget tracking hours used and hours remaining.
Respond promptly to client emails and route questions to the appropriate team member.
Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
35 years of experience managing software implementation projects with external clients, ideally on Salesforce.
Foundational knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proficiency with project management platforms Asana or similar.
Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
Strong ability to hold project team members accountable to deliverables.
Ability to stay organized while balancing several projects at once, managing competing priorities, and apting to changing requirements.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced English, written and spoken

Nice to Have
Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
PMP, CAPM or Scrum certifications.
Experience tracking project budgets in hours, and prior work with U.S.based clients.
