Purpose
Supports the General Risk Technology Team in executing assigned tasks and initiatives that contribute to the team’s business strategies and objectives. Performs day-to-day activities under guidance, ensuring work is completed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures, while developing technical and professional skills.
Accountabilities




- Supports a customer-focused culture by working collaboratively with team members to help meet clients and business needs.
- Assists in developing, automating, and maintaining scripts and tools using bash, Python, SQL, GCP, and other relevant technologies under guidance.
- Performs debugging, testing, and validation of scripts to help ensure quality and accuracy of results.
- Help identify and analyze technical issues related to data processing, storage, and retrieval, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Provides day-to-day operational support by monitoring systems, performing basic troubleshooting, and assisting in maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
- Assists with data analysis, report generation, and preparation of insights for review by senior team members.
