- Support and maintain AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents in production environments.
- Design, configure, and optimize AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Monitor AI applications and ensure operational stability, governance, and performance.
- Support incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve AI solution adoption and effectiveness.
- Support Azure AI services, Azure AI Foundry, and related cloud-based AI platforms.
- Participate in testing, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document technical processes, operational procedures, and support activities.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational standards.

Perfil buscado (h/m)





- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Experience working with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience developing or supporting AI Agents in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and/or Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with AI Operations, monitoring, incident management, and production support.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, LLMs, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Medellín.
