As a Healthcare Professional - Engagement Ambassador - Exp Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting client engagements and projects within our Advisory practice. You will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on risk management, helping clients navigate complex challenges and develop strategies to manage risk effectively. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients, providing valuable insights and solutions that drive their success. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity,



ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and consistently delivering quality results. You will engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.ResponsibilitiesManaging HCPs, HCOs, patients and pharmaceutical stakeholders both pre-and-post engagement, providing high-quality, white-glove interactionsAddressing external expert onboarding challenges, supporting the issuance of contracts as needed, and facilitating redline requests and escalationsHandling complex external expert inquiries with a high degree of care and follow through, supporting invoice/payment queries and answering business owner questionsSupporting client engagement and contributing to risk management projectsParticipating in compliance advisement and oversight to maintain ethical standards and confidentialityReviewing contracts and identifying contractual risks to mitigate potential issuesHandling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethicsCollaborating with teams to enhance communication and active listening skillsEngaging in feedback sessions to improve personal growth and adaptabilityUtilizing knowledge of master agreements to support client needs and objectivesDeveloping skills in contractual risk mitigation and compliance advisementBuilding meaningful client connections and learning to manage and inspire othersWhat You Must HaveAt least a Bachelor's degreeAt least 2 years of experience in life science meetings and events, pharmaceutical, device or healthcare setting working with HCPs, HCOs or patientsUnderstanding of HCP engagement compliance and regulatory environment both domestically and internationallyOral and written proficiency in English requiredWhat Sets You ApartFamiliarity with advanced Excel, HCP engagement software, and CRMsExcelling in compliance advisement and oversightHandling confidential information with discretion and business ethicsReviewing contracts and mitigating contractual risksDemonstrating active listening and accepting feedbackSupporting client engagement in healthcare managed servicesAdapting to fast-paced environments with reliability and teamworkDeveloping skills in risk management and client supportUnderstand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security ManagementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color;religion; national origin; age; disability;Neurodiversity; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; marital; or any other status protected by law.
