This is an execution-focused engagement built for someone who ramps fast, operates independently, and genuinely cares about moving candidates through a process with speed and care. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to keep momentum on open requisitions while delivering a candidate experience that reflects who we are.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer supportManage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records, timely updates, and clean pipeline hygiene at all timesPartner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback to keep searches moving efficientlyProactively source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter with a focus on building diverse, high-quality pipelinesEnsure every candidate moves through the process with clarity, speed, and a positive experience from first touch to closeEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize your recruiting workflows and day-to-day processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to the Talent Acquisition functionRole Requirements3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-houseHands-on experience with an ATS,
