We are looking for a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with a strong AI-first mindset to help accelerate the development of a fast-growing product. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who can transform complex business requirements into secure, tested, scalable, production-ready software.

The adecuado candidate combines strong Full Stack development skills with meaningful hands-on experience using Claude/Anthropic and modern AI/LLM technologies, as well as practical knowledge of Azure, DevOps, and secure software development.

Location: LATAM – 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Workload: 40 hours per week

Experience: 4+ years of professional software engineering experience; senior profiles with 5–6+ years are highly valued

Requisitos

- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong Full Stack background; 5–6+ years and senior-level ownership are highly valued.

- Strong experience with Python, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Anthropic / Claude, ideally building solutions from scratch through production deployment.

- Experience developing AI/LLM applications, AI agents, agent harnesses, or AI-powered workflows.

- Practical experience with Azure, cloud deployments, and application infrastructure.

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.

- Strong testing and QA mindset, including the ability to validate code, specifications, and AI-generated artifacts.





- Knowledge of application and data security best practices.

- Advanced English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with FinTech, SaaS, regulated or security-sensitive products, product-led development teams, OpenAI and other LLM tools/frameworks, and scaling early-stage or rapidly growing products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, test, and deploy full stack solutions using Python, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

- Build AI-powered features using Claude and Anthropic tools, including AI agents, agent harnesses, and LLM workflows.

- Develop, integrate, test, and optimize AI/LLM solutions from initial design through production deployment.

- Translate product and business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans.

- Own software quality through testing, debugging, code validation, and review of AI-generated code and specifications.

- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows in Azure, applying solid DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Develop solutions with security, data protection, scalability, and maintainability in mind.

- Collaborate directly with the CTO, product owners, and other stakeholders, clearly communicating technical decisions, progress, and tradeoffs.

- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and continuous technical improvements.
