We're looking for a flexible, creative professional to help lead design direction across company-wide marketing campaigns and individual agent campaigns for a luxury real estate development company based in the U.S

What you'll do:

- Set creative direction for the company in close collaboration with the Sr. Graphic Designer
- Develop highly visible new campaigns with a cohesive look and feel across ads, web, and email
- Keep brand and identity guidelines current and consistently enforced across all materials
- Oversee, manage, and prioritize the workload of the graphic design team




- Ensure all design output complies with integral brand standards
- Align creative strategy across custom design and the templates system
- Enhance agent-facing templates to drive adoption and brand consistency
- Translate each project's needs into creative concepts that fit its purpose

What we're looking for:

- 4-6 years of progressive experience in Graphic Design
- Proficiency in Figma (required)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and After Effects; basic Dreamweaver a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field
