Are you an experienced Medical Coder or Safety Data Coordinator looking to grow your career in the pharmaceutical industry?

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the accurate and timely processing of safety information for investigational and marketed medicinal products. You will play an important role in ensuring high-quality pharmacovigilance data and supporting patient safety worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Review and process safety information from clinical trials, spontaneous reports, healthcare professionals, patients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Enter, update, and maintain safety case data in a validated pharmacovigilance database.
- Code adverse events,



medical history, indications, and medicinal products using MedDRA and WHODrug.
- Review source documents and identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information.
- Support data quality checks, duplicate searches, case reconciliation, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within company, contractual, and regulatory timelines.
- Maintain clear documentation of coding decisions, corrections, queries, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Pharmacovigilance, Clinical, Medical, Quality, and external partner teams.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in medical coding, pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical data management, clinical research, or a related healthcare environment.
- Experience with MedDRA; knowledge of WHODrug is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmaceutical products.
