Amazon FBA Operations Manager for Private Label (USA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our Amazon USA private label business. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role that combines strategic leadership with daily operational execution. You will both manage and actively participate in core operational activities — overseeing the Supply Chain Manager, handling Amazon account health, and ensuring smooth coordination across logistics, purchasing, and marketplace operations.

This role is 50% individual contributor and 50% manager. Reports to COO.

90 Day Objectives




- Master day-to-day supply chain and operations: Fully understand all processes from China supplier production to 3PL and Amazon FBA, including logistics, inventory management, and issue resolution.
- Learn and master Amazon Seller Central: Understand workflows for order management, account health, and compliance, while building the skills to independently identify and resolve policy, IP issues (if any), or operational issues.
- Understand and apply seasonal forecasting: Learn existing forecasting models, analyze historical sales data, and consider seasonal factors to ensure accurate demand planning.
- Submit actionable demand forecasts: Produce reliable demand forecasts that aligned with seasonal trends and operational constraints.

Key Performance Indicators
- Healthy Inventory Levels - Target 60-90 days inventory available at 3PL warehouse for each SKU
