We are looking for an experienced Data Engineering Lead to join our team and drive technical leadership across multiple data engineering projects and squads.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who can build scalable data pipelines, lead engineering teams, optimize cloud infrastructure, and shape modern data architecture.

What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor Data Engineers, Architects, and DBAs
- Design and manage complex Apache Airflow DAGs and pipelines
- Build, maintain, and optimize DBT infrastructure and code
- Manage Airflow infrastructure across AWS ECS, Fargate, EC2, and EKS
- Drive scalable, reliable, and cost-effective data engineering architecture
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Architecture, and Delivery teams
- Ensure high standards for data quality, reliability, and performance
