About the Role





The Scrum Master / Agile Coach owns the delivery rhythm of an integrated AspenView and client team, and is accountable for the team's agile maturity - not just running ceremonies, but continuously improving how the team works. This is a senior, independent role: one Scrum Master serves the full team across multiple workstreams, including AspenView engineers and specialists alongside client counterparts, business stakeholders, and source-system owners.

You will run sprint cadence end-to-end, ensure every sprint produces working software validated by real users, and raise the bar on delivery effectiveness over the life of the engagement.

This is a full-time role, fully remote and staffed nearshore (LATAM preferred) for strong time-zone overlap with U.S.-based stakeholders, reporting to AspenView Delivery Leadership.
