As the Manager of Solution Advisory, you will lead a high-impact team of talented Solution Advisors. You aren't just managing a team; you are architecting a world-class engine of storytellers and problem-solvers. From the office of Bogotá you will lead the charge in making Coupa’s AI-driven platform the gold standard for our customers.
- Talent Architect: You will lead a diverse team. You are responsible for their growth, conducting regular 1:1s,



performance evaluations, and career pathing.
- The Master Coach: You won't just tell them what to do; you’ll show them. You will shadow calls, provide real-time feedback, and lead certification programs to ensure every advisor is a "black belt" in the Coupa platform.
