The opportunity Join our Legal & Integrity team and help support business operations through legal guidance, contract management, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiation who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and international environment. How you'll make an impact
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts under appropriate guidance.
- Support corporate governance activities,



including preparation of corporate documents and regulatory filings.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance and integrity programs.
- Help ensure adherence to corporate integrity requirements, including anti-corruption, data privacy, and conflict of interest policies.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Support internal investigations related to business conduct and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on legal matters in Colombia.
- Maintain accurate legal records and contract databases.
- Provide practical legal guidance to support business activities and decision-making.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

- Degree in Law with a valid professional license to practice.
