About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly coachable Finance/Accounting Virtual Assistant to provide part-time administrative and financial support. Working directly alongside the accounting leads, you will manage day-to-day documentation, assist with routine financial workflows, and support lightweight administrative tasks to ensure core financial processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Accounting Admin
- Handle general finance-related paperwork, document gathering, and routine administrative workflows.

Accounting Assistance
- Apply basic bookkeeping principles to assist with data entry, transaction categorization, and routine reconciliations using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com (vendor bills and payments processing).

Tax & Year-End Support
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of annual 1099 forms at year-end.
