We're looking for a Technical Lead to join our Development team and lead the technical direction of projects while building scalable, reliable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead I, you will combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You'll guide development teams, make architectural decisions, review code, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software aligned with business objectives and technical best practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software development roles.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical leadership roles.




- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing REST APIs and scalable backend applications.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and technical decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Experience with code reviews, technical estimations, and development best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and coordinate technical solutions.
- English level B2+ or higher.
