Role Description This remote, contract role is for Spanish <> English Interpreters supporting clients across various sectors. Day-to-day tasks include providing real-time interpretation between Spanish and English via phone, video, or online platforms, ensuring accurate and culturally appropriate communication. Interpreters may work on medical, customer service, or business-related sessions, following client guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed session notes as needed, managing scheduling and availability,



and participating in ongoing quality assurance or feedback processes. The role is hourly with the potential for performance-based bonuses, offering versátil work arrangements for professionals seeking project-based assignments.

Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 months of professional interpretation experience

(this is a must, Also make sure you add your Interpretation Experience in your resume to be considered )

- Specialization: Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors
- Flexibility: Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.
- Professionalism: High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Technical Requirements and certificates:

- Professional , HIPAA compliant Setup
- Wired USB headset with noise cancellation
- At least 10Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed

Benefits:

Spanish <>English: $6 per occupied Hour

Volume Bonus Structure:

- 5,000 minutes: $50 Bonus

- 7,500 minutes: $80 Bonus

- 10,000 minutes: $110 Bonus

- 12,500 minutes: $140 Bonus

- 15,000 minutes: $170 Bonus
