Role Summary

As a CRM Solution Architect, you will design and implement Salesforce solutions for the client's customers. You will lead solution design, oversee build work and quality assurance, and stay hands-on when needed, building or testing solutions yourself. This role is for someone who can lead both technical and business consulting conversations, with broad and deep Salesforce knowledge and strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.

What You'll Do

- Work as part of a project team alongside internal team members and external clients.

- Lead discovery and consulting sessions with customers using a consultative approach, combining strong listening and communication skills.





- Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability with minimal technical debt.

- Document solution designs and secure client approval.

- Oversee and participate in build work and quality assurance.

- Manage implementation projects through to successful completion, including thorough documentation.

- Conduct solution walkthroughs with customers and support go-live.

- Bring genuine passion for Salesforce solutions and foster team collaboration.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with previous experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Systems Consultant on Salesforce projects.

- Hands-on Salesforce experience, with the ability to design across clouds and integrations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize against competing deadlines.

- Strong business acumen.

- Highly experienced problem solver with excellent technical ability.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Advanced English, with confidence leading sessions with U.S.-based clients

Nice To Have

- Salesforce certifications, Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant (preference given to certified candidates;

certifications are verified during the process) and exposure to Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or MuleSoft.
