Worker Location: Remote from Colombia (only)

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Troubleshoot production issues, Monitor and troubleshoot application Infrastructure (AWS), production issues using AWS Cloudwatch, Lambda, DynamoDB, State Machine, Lumigo, Aurora MySQL RDS, and more

Work with Data Management teams to ensure proper configuration of menu item pricing, product availability, and store hours

Work with Data Management and L1/L2 IT Support Teams to resolve escalated tickets affecting Production

Work with Developers to support bi-weekly releases by performing testing, validation, and assistance with phased release rollouts (Pilot/Market/National)

Follow Software Development Life Cycle and Taco Bell’s Change Management procedures (Agile)

Resolve customer escalations and help prevent reiteration of those incidents by creating processes, procedures, and automations

Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues during period potentially off normal business hours

Write, augment,



and maintain production documentations
