Senior Storage Infrastructure Specialist – L1
Experience: 2–3 Years | Support: 24x7
Location – Colombia / Bogotá
Rate – DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Support IBM DS8000 (DS8K) storage and perform provisioning/capacity monitoring.
- Monitor Metro Mirror / Integral Mirror replication and troubleshoot/escalate issues.
- Support IBM iSeries/AS400 storage environments.
- Administer Cisco MDS/Brocade SAN, including SAN zoning, Fibre Channel, and multipathing.
- Monitor storage using IBM Storage Insights.
- Support DR activities, Cyber Vault, and immutable storage.
- Handle incidents, requests, and changes following ITIL processes.
- Provide 24x7 production support and maintain operational documentation.
