You Are

UST is searching for a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with a strong commercial/business domain background to design, develop, and maintain enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.

The Opportunity

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data models to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable business insights.
- Utilize Python scripting for data extraction, transformation, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Work closely with data engineering and business teams to implement best practices for BI development.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and analytical initiatives.

What You Need





- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development.
- Strong knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data processing.
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with commercial/business operations data is preferred.
