We're building out our team and are in search of a Senior Automation Tester in JS to join the group. This role puts you in a pivotal position to boost the trustworthiness of our products, inside a spirited, collaboration-oriented engineering atmosphere. You'll draw on solid analytical capability and a repeatable process to identify issues well ahead of any customer-facing impact.

Responsibilities

- Plan out and implement testing structures that remain synchronized with project timelines and important delivery targets
- Detect, capture, and follow through on defects starting from initial identification until they're completely resolved, working in close partnership with developers
- Dissect product requirements and technical specifications to determine appropriate testing scope and level of detail
- Create and preserve resilient, versatile testing setups able to adapt as project requirements evolve
- Convert test findings into clear, purposeful reports that get shared with relevant stakeholders
- Attend sprint planning and estimation gatherings, consistently prioritizing quality throughout discussions
- Routinely assess and improve current testing approaches to boost both speed and comprehensiveness




- Engage with teams spanning different departments to ensure quality expectations stay consistent across the development workflow
- Look into production-related incidents to determine their root causes and propose fixes that prevent future occurrences
- Aid junior team members' growth by passing on practical knowledge and providing steady mentorship

Requirements

- Beyond three years of applied, relevant background in test automation centered on JS
- Excellent command of JavaScript and TypeScript for developing and sustaining automated testing scripts
- Solid history of applying Playwright to oversee and perform automated test cycles
- Working knowledge of JS-focused tools purpose-built for automating web UI testing tasks
- Background building automated test coverage across web service and API layers
- Skilled in using version control tools to monitor and log code changes
- Thorough grasp of the architectural and design fundamentals that underpin test automation frameworks
- Practical experience building and configuring BDD frameworks in JavaScript environments
- Effective communication skills combined with working English fluency at B2 level or higher, allowing accurate conversion of business requirements into technical outcomes
