Responsibilities

- Outline and carry out testing structures that correspond with project schedules and essential delivery objectives
- Catch, log, and monitor defects starting from the point of discovery all the way to resolution, partnering tightly with the engineering side
- Take apart product requirements and technical materials to pinpoint the necessary testing range and level of detail
- Construct and maintain sturdy, versátil testing configurations that can shift as project demands change
- Turn test outcomes into brief, meaningful reports that reach the right stakeholders
- Contribute to sprint planning and estimation sessions, holding quality as a constant priority
- Regularly inspect and sharpen current testing methodologies to enhance both pace and breadth of coverage




- Work in tandem with teams throughout different functions to keep quality expectations consistent across the entire development cycle
- Study production incidents to uncover their underlying triggers and suggest remedies that prevent them from resurfacing
- Assist junior team members in developing their skills by sharing applied knowledge and offering continuous guidance

Requirements

- Upward of three years of hands-on, pertinent experience focused on JS test automation
- Outstanding proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for constructing and maintaining automated test scripts
- Considerable experience applying Playwright to organize and run automated testing sequences
- Familiarity with JS-based tooling built expressly for automating web UI testing processes
- Background developing automated test coverage across both web service and API layers
- Capable of using version control systems to monitor and record code modifications
- Sound knowledge of the structural and design basics that form the foundation of test automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience setting up and configuring BDD frameworks within JavaScript-based projects
- Solid communication skills combined with working English fluency at B2 level or higher, ensuring dependable translation of business requirements into technical deliverables
