We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our technology team.



This role is ideal for recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in software development and modern technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining applications
- Write clean, basic code under guidance of senior engineers
- Fix simple bugs and support ongoing projects
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
- Learn and follow software development best practices

Qualifications
Required Skills
- Completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably Computer Science major)
- 0-2 years of work experience (This is an entry level position)
- Basic knowledge of programming (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript)
- Understanding of OOP concepts
- Familiarity with databases (SQL basics preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Must be authorized to work in Columbia for any employer
