The Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Electric Dump Truck product line, based in Armenia. You will be responsible for building and expanding the customer and dealer network, executing sales plans, and providing market intelligence to support SANY's electric commercial vehicle strategy in the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect market and competitor intelligence for electric dump trucks; conduct customer visits and record findings in accordance with company requirements.
- Drive electric dump truck sales and channel development; actively develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
- Develop sales plans aligned with company targets and achieve assigned sales objectives.
- Support the Chinese management team in key account development, business negotiations, and the advancement of major projects.
- Monitor developments in the new energy commercial vehicle and electric dump truck market; provide market insights and recommendations to inform sales strategy and product promotion.

Requirements

Mandatory





- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience; background in dump trucks, heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, or commercial vehicles preferred. Experience in new energy commercial vehicles or electric vehicles is a strong advantage.
- Existing customer and channel resources preferred; strong market development and customer acquisition capabilities required.
- Familiarity with the commercial vehicle market and customer needs in the region; experience or existing contacts in logistics, mining, construction, or fleet operations is a plus.
- Strong communication, business negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Target-driven with strong execution skills and the ability to develop customers independently.
- Native Turkish is required; fluent English is required; Armenian is required.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Armenia.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Armenia as required.
