We're currently seeking a Senior Automation Tester in Java to become part of our team. Responsibilities

- Craft and carry out testing strategies aligned with project schedules and delivery objectives
- Detect, record, and follow issues through to resolution, coordinating closely with the development team
- Examine product specifications and requirements to establish the right depth of test coverage
- Construct and sustain dependable, scalable testing systems that meet ongoing project demands
- Translate testing outcomes into clear, useful insights communicated to relevant stakeholders
- Engage in sprint planning and estimation sessions, contributing a quality-driven viewpoint
- Consistently assess and refine existing testing methods to improve efficiency and broaden coverage




- Work alongside cross-functional teams to uphold consistent quality standards across the development lifecycle
- Look into production-related issues to determine underlying causes and prevent them from recurring
- Guide junior colleagues by passing along proven techniques and supporting their career advancement

Requirements

- 3+ years of practical, relevant background working as an Automation Tester specializing in Java
- Solid command of Java for building and sustaining automated test scripts
- Hands-on experience with Java-based tools designed for automating web UI testing
- Experience developing automated tests for web services and API layers
- Working knowledge of version control systems used to manage and track code updates
- Strong grasp of how test automation frameworks are architected and designed
- Applied experience working with BDD frameworks in a Java-based environment
- Capable communication skills with working English fluency at B2 level or above, enabling clear understanding of business needs and their translation into technical solutions
