At Solvo General, we are looking for a Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager) to lead multiple Agile teams in a dynamic SaaS product development environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Agile leader who is passionate about driving collaboration, coaching teams, improving delivery processes, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to build high-quality software products.

What You'll Do

- Lead and support multiple Agile teams across product development initiatives.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Drive Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles.
- Remove impediments and help teams improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor team performance, velocity, and project health metrics.
- Promote transparency, accountability, and self-organization within teams.

Required Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

✅ 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

✅ 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager

✅ Experience within SaaS product development organizations





✅ Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban

✅ Experience facilitating and leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously

✅ Advanced experience with:

- Jira
- Confluence
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience working with remote and geographically distributed teams

✅ Ability to work during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

⭐ Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

⭐ Experience leading Agile transformations

⭐ Program Management experience in software product environments
