Rop St DigitALL is a full-service digital marketing agency working with US and integral brands in footwear, fashion, food, wellness and tech. Our team is based in Medellín, and our clients are mostly American brands.

We're hiring an Organic Marketing Manager to lead our organic marketing department. You'll run the organic team, set the standard for quality and results, own key client relationships, and build the department as the agency grows. The full time, in office role is demanding and the pace is fast. It's a good fit for someone who works hard and wants to lead, learn, and grow.

What you'll do

- Lead the organic marketing team and manage daily priorities, workload and deadlines
- Coach and develop team members, review their work, and hold the team to a high standard
- Own organic strategy across all client accounts: goals, content pillars, platforms and cadence
- Personally manage key accounts and lead calls with US marketing teams in English
- Approve content calendars and posts before they go to clients
- Build and improve the department's processes, templates and reporting
- Work with the paid media, email, influencer,



design and video leads so organic supports each client's campaigns
- Report on department performance to agency leadership and recommend improvements

Who you are

- Fluent in written and spoken English. You'll speak with US clients every week.
- A leader who sets clear expectations and follows up
- Highly organized and able to manage a team and several clients at once
- Proactive. You find problems before clients or leadership do.
