POSITION: Paid Media & Growth Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (CST)
Compensation: 2300 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Paid Media & Lead Generation Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
* Launch, test, monitor, and improve campaigns independently.
* Track key performance metrics including CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and overall ROI.
* Identify underperforming campaigns and take action to improve results.
* Look for opportunities to improve lead quality, campaign efficiency, and overall performance.
* Support lead generation efforts for the company’s luxury residential construction business.
* Growth & Marketing Execution Take ownership of marketing performance and proactively identify growth opportunities.
* Use campaign data and business results to guide marketing decisions.




* Coordinate with SEO team members on local SEO and content initiatives.
* Support funnel optimization and other initiatives that can improve lead generation.
* Assist with offline marketing initiatives such as direct mail, signage, referral campaigns, branded collateral, and events.
* Work with the onshore team to make sure marketing initiatives are executed on time.
* Ownership & Continuous Improvement Look for ways to improve marketing performance without waiting for direction.
* Take initiative when something is not working and figure out what needs to change.
* Research, test, and implement new ideas that can contribute to growth.
* Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on results.
