We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Manager to lead procurement, import operations, inventory management, supplier relationships, and logistics processes, ensuring operational efficiency and business continuity.

? Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Procurement and sourcing
- Supply chain management
- Logistics operations
- Foreign trade and imports

? Key Experience Required

✔ National and international purchasing processes

✔ Import operations and shipment tracking

✔ Supplier management and negotiation

✔ Procurement planning and purchase order follow-up

✔ Inventory control and stock management

✔ Product costing and cost analysis

✔ Purchasing documentation and payment processes

✔ Coordination and leadership of operational teams

Important

Previous experience as a Manager or Director is not required.

We are especially interested in professionals with strong operational expertise in procurement, logistics, and import management who are ready to take the next step into a leadership position.

Experience in the healthcare or medical devices sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

? English Level A B1 English level is required,



primarily for written communication and email exchanges with international suppliers, especially suppliers located in China.

? Main Responsibilities

- Lead national and international purchasing processes.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage strategic relationships.
- Monitor procurement schedules and purchasing plans.
- Track import orders and international shipments.
- Coordinate customs clearance and receipt of imported goods.
- Oversee warehousing, inventory, and product distribution.
- Ensure stock availability and inventory accuracy.
- Develop product costing and support pricing strategies.
- Manage purchasing documentation and payment follow-up.
- Lead and coordinate a team of 2 Logistics Assistants.
- Ensure compliance with procurement, importation, and delivery timelines.

? Employment Conditions

? Contract: 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming indefinite.

? Compensation: Open according to salary expectations additional bonuses paid in December.

⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:06 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
