- You possess uncompromising deadline discipline, expertly hitting recurring calendar targets without being chased and proactively chasing receivables to keep cash flow consistent. You are confident leading calls of 1–12 participants and adept at communicating financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders, keeping both executive leadership and client finance contacts calm and organized.

⚙️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING This is a 100% remote, full-charge individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Business Operations.

- Month-End Close & P&L; Delivery: Close the books and reconcile every account every month with zero errors. Deliver the prior month's P&L; by the last business day of every month, providing decision-grade reporting leadership trusts implicitly to steer the business.
- Payroll Execution: Run payroll every Monday at 100% accuracy and 100% on time across QuickBooks Online, Wise, and Deel, ensuring exact calculations and immediate recording in the books.
- Job Costing & Profitability: Deliver complete, accurate job costing by the 20th of every month, ensuring expenses are correctly allocated and gross margin is visible per job.
- End-to-End AR & Collections: Proactively own accounts receivable end to end, chasing receivables rather than just tracking them to protect cash flow consistency and accelerate DSO.
- Client-Facing AP & Compliance: Provide client-facing AP support with zero compliance failures, handling vendor setups, W-9/ACH forms, and issuing accurate COIs across Ramp, Coupa, Bill.com, and NetSuite.
- Sales-Ops & Commission Tracking: Keep sales operations support and commission tracking 100% accurate every cycle, ensuring no discrepancies in variable compensation.

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-have:

- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in B2B service or project-based businesses, independently owning the full accounting cycle without CFO/controller supervision
- Advanced QuickBooks Online expertise (setup, reconciliations, workflows, and troubleshooting)




- Hands-on payroll execution experience across QuickBooks Online, Wise, and Deel
- Proven experience managing end-to-end AR, AP, month-end reconciliations, and job costing
- Direct experience navigating client AP platforms (Ramp, Coupa, Bill.com, NetSuite) and managing vendor compliance (W-9, ACH, COIs)
- Excellent business English (written and verbal), confident leading and participating in video calls of 1–12 participants
- Proven ability to hit recurring deadlines autonomously, reconcile down to the penny, and communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

- Active QuickBooks Online (QBO) certification
- Familiarity with the corporate events, trade shows, or experiential marketing industry
