As a Business Excellence & Compliance Intern, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, support application development initiatives, contribute to compliance and governance processes, and help drive operational efficiency across the organization.

? What you'll do:

- Support front-end and back-end development activities for internal applications and tools.
- Assist with coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and quality assurance efforts.
- Manage and track Jira tickets, ensuring process compliance and data integrity.
- Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support project coordination, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with stakeholders across different teams and regions.

? Who we're looking for:





- Students in their final semesters of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Interest in software development, technology, process management, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts and software development practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365; knowledge of Jira is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable (B2+)
