- Entity: Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP The team The Director will be responsible for shaping client transformation agendas, developing strategic relationships with CXO stakeholders, leading large-scale SAP programs, and contributing to the expansion of Deloitte's SAP practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

- Develop and manage executive-level relationships with clients across industries.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs on enterprise transformation and SAP modernization initiatives.
- Lead strategic conversations around digital transformation, ERP modernization, cloud adoption, and business process optimization.
- Drive client satisfaction and identify opportunities for long-term engagement expansion.

Business Development & Growth

- Own revenue growth and sales targets for assigned accounts and sectors.
- Lead proposal development, solution design, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP transformation opportunities.
- Collaborate with global and national Deloitte teams to pursue large transformation deals.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies and industry-focused offerings.

Program & Delivery Leadership

- Provide executive oversight for complex SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation programs.
- Ensure delivery excellence across scope, quality, timelines, risks, and financial performance.
- Guide clients through SAP S/4HANA transformations and cloud adoption journeys.
- Act as an escalation point for critical project issues and stakeholder management.

Practice Building

- Grow and strengthen Deloitte's SAP presence in Eastern India.
- Establish strategic alliances within the SAP ecosystem.
- Build reusable assets,



frameworks, accelerators, and solution offerings.
- Drive innovation in cloud ERP, intelligent automation, AI-enabled business processes, analytics, and emerging SAP technologies.

People Leadership

- Mentor and develop senior managers, managers, and consulting teams.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for SAP practice growth.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and high performance.
- Support career development, succession planning, and leadership capability building.

Required Qualifications

Education (in order of preference)

- Qualified Chartered Accoutant
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business

Experience

- 15+ years of SAP consulting experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
- Minimum 5+ years in Director, Associate Director, Partner-track, Practice Lead, or equivalent leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large SAP transformation programs valued at multi-million-dollar scale.
- Demonstrated success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

SAP Expertise

Deep expertise in one or more of the following:

- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC to S/4HANA Transformation
- SAP Finance (FI/CO)
- SAP Supply Chain & Procurement
- SAP Manufacturing & Production Planning
- SAP Cloud Solutions

- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
