Strategic and technical professional responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of multichannel digital advertising campaigns. The main objective is to maximize qualified lead acquisition and return on investment (ROI), connecting visual/creative content with advanced audience segmentation, efficient budget management, and automated data integration into the corporate CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Advertising Planning:

Propose and plan the content calendar specifically for paid campaigns, including copywriting, value propositions, and calls to action (CTA).

Define the appropriate narrative and visual approach for each stage of the sales funnel.

Visual Creation and Graphic Production:

Design graphic assets, advertising formats (static posts, carousels, stories, reels), and conversion-oriented landing pages while maintaining brand identity.

Audience Management and Segmentation:

Create, test, and optimize custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences to reach the adecuado customer.

Manage metadata and tags for the proper structuring of campaigns.

Budget Management and Optimization:

Allocate, monitor, and adjust the advertising budget daily to achieve acquisition objectives at the lowest possible cost (CPL, CPA, CAC).

Digital Advertising Setup and Implementation (Meta Ads & Google Ads):

Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max – desirable).

Implement and verify tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics / GA4).





Data and CRM Integration:

Connect and automate the flow and integration of leads from advertising campaign forms into the CRM platform (e.g., ActiveCampaign, Bitrix).

Ensure prospect traceability from the advertising click through to commercial management in the CRM.

Analytics, Reporting, and KPI Tracking:

Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate).

Prepare and interpret periodic performance reports to present findings and proposals for continuous improvement to management.

Technical Requirements and Knowledge

Education: Bachelor's degree or professional degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related fields.

Graphic Design: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, Figma, or quick video editing tools.

Digital Advertising: Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Manager (Meta Ads). Desirable or intermediate knowledge of Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.

CRM Management and Integrations: Proven experience in CRM administration and campaign integration through native integrations, Zapier, Make, or conversion APIs.

Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to consolidate and present advertising metrics reports using intermediate-to-advanced Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or dashboards.

Results-Oriented Approach: Ability to manage budgets based on profitability criteria while prioritizing the quality of generated leads.
