We build proprietary technology and support general trading initiatives with a dynamic, high-performing team based in Medellin.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an analytical and execution-driven Growth Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience to lead our digital acquisition channels. You will own the strategy and execution across paid media (SEM/Social Ads), organic search (SEO), full-funnel tracking, and social media growth to scale qualified lead generation and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- SEM & Paid Performance: Strategy, setup, and continuous optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), managing budgets, bids, A/B testing, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA/ROAS) metrics.
- SEO Management: Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (site speed, indexation, structured data) using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console to drive organic traffic.
- Tracking & CRM Integration: Hands-on integration of ad platforms with CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot)



for lead attribution, managing tracking infrastructure (Pixels, Conversion APIs, UTM parameters).
- Social Strategy & Community: Oversee platform-specific channel strategies, monthly content planning, copywriting, and engagement optimization based on performance data.
- Required Stack & Qualifications

Hard Requirements
- Language: C1/C2 English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for ad copywriting, technical docs, and international stakeholder communication.
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, SEM, SEO, and paid performance management with a proven track record.
- Technical Toolkit: Deep mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and tracking infrastructure (Pixels/UTMs/APIs).
- Location: Based in Medellin or surrounding areas for a hybrid schedule (El Poblado office).

Nice to Have
- Certifications from Google, Meta, or HubSpot.

- Background in financial services, fintech, investments, or trading environments.
