Full-Time | Data Engineering, Automation & Real Estate Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a Data & PropTech Analyst to join our growing technology team and help build the data workflows, automations, integrations, and reporting solutions that support real estate operations and technology initiatives.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role that combines data analysis and engineering, workflow automation, API integrations, and business intelligence. You’ll work with real-world data from multiple sources, develop solutions that improve operational efficiency, and create dashboards that turn complex information into actionable insights.

The idóneo candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, working with messy data, building practical automations, and translating business needs into reliable technical solutions.

What You'll Do

- Clean, standardize, transform, and de-duplicate data from multiple sources using Python and SQL.
- Build and maintain data scripts, workflows, and pipelines that move information between systems and databases while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain workflow automations connecting internal systems with external APIs and services.
- Use Google Apps Script and/or low-code automation platforms to streamline repetitive processes.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign performance, sales pipelines, lead activity, and operational KPIs.
- Work with Zoho Analytics or similar BI platforms when required.
- Integrate third-party systems and services through REST APIs.
- Support data-driven onboarding, outreach, reporting, and operational tools.




- Troubleshoot data, integration, automation, and reporting issues and identify practical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data and technology solutions.
- Occasionally work directly with clients or stakeholders to understand requirements, explain solutions, and support ongoing projects.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and API integrations.
- Solid working knowledge of SQL and experience writing queries against relational databases.
- Strong Power BI experience is required, including dashboard and report development.
- Experience with Google Apps Script or similar tools for automating spreadsheet- and document-based workflows.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work confidently with messy, inconsistent, or incomplete datasets.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.




- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into functional technical solutions.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Zoho Analytics or other BI/reporting platforms.
- Experience with no-code or low-code automation platforms.
- Experience with serverless or edge functions.
- Experience with low-code application builders.
- Previous experience in real estate, PropTech, MLS data, or real estate technology.
- Familiarity with CRM, lead generation, marketing automation, or real estate technology platforms.
- Experience working with large or complex datasets from multiple sources.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a data-driven problem solver who enjoys figuring out how systems connect and how processes can be made better. You are comfortable moving between Python, SQL, APIs, automation tools, and Power BI, and you don't need everything to be perfectly structured before you start solving the problem.
