About the role

Following a period of sustained growth in customers, team and project scope, Mint Data is preparing to scale at a faster pace. We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Lead to organize and run the operations of the company: the systems, processes and cadence that allow a growing distributed team to deliver consistently.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will help design the processes and operating model for this next stage and ensure the team follows them. You will also take direct ownership of some of our largest accounts, leading their delivery and acting as the main point of contact for those clients.

What you will do

- Implement and maintain the company's work management and CRM platforms as the single system of record for customers, projects and tasks.
- Coordinate the team's workload: set timelines, assign work, verify execution and run the weekly operating cadence.
- Schedule and track recurring maintenance and QA activities across active accounts.
- Own and lead large accounts end to end: scope, staffing, milestones, risks, client communication and status reporting.




- Coordinate developers and QA across workstreams, escalate blockers early and improve day-to-day communication between development and operations.
- Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures, including the handoff from sales to delivery.
- Define and track operational and team performance metrics, providing quantitative input for goals and performance reviews.
- Track operational costs per account and tool subscriptions, and manage access control across systems and customer environments.

Required qualifications

- 3+ years in operations, delivery or project management at a software development or services company, preferably with distributed contractor teams.
- Experience implementing and operating CRM or task management software such as monday.com (preferred), Notion, ClickUp, Asana, HubSpot or Jira, including driving adoption across a team.
- You have fully embraced AI in your day to day and have experience implementing it to make workflows more efficient and hands-off.
- Ability to manage technical teams on estimates, scope and quality assurance.
- Data-driven approach, with basic financial literacy (cost per account, utilization, margins).
- Fluent English (C1); Spanish required.

Nice to have

- Exposure to web data, web scraping or data services.
- Software development background.
- Experience in an early-stage or fast-growing company.

Work conditions

- Modality: International contractor, 100% remote. Our headquarters are in Bogotá, Colombia, but physical presence is not mandatory.
