What will your responsibilities be?

- Work as part of the Global IT PMO team on the development of BI solutions to support data-driven decision making and increase value for all projects.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for local tools and BI solutions, facilitating productive discussions and defining business requirements.
- Manage PMO Solutions workload (direct and indirect resources) and keep requesters informed on progress, delivery dates, and backlogs.
- Guide delivery teams to execute defined requirements using Agile principles and Scrum Framework, removing blocking issues and mitigating risks.
- Create efficient reporting practices, enhancing reporting capabilities including design, implementation, and automation (RPA/AI).

Requirements:





- Academic background: Professional Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, MIS, or related technical/administrative fields.
- Experience: At least 4 years overall, including 2 years in Project Management related to BI projects
- Technical knowledge:
- Mandatory: Advanced Power BI, Excel, Appscript, Google Sheets
- Desirable: Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL queries/database design, basic programming/scripting and familiarity with automation/AI tools, Databricks
- Languages: English C1 (Advanced written and spoken).
- Location: Remote / Work at Home (Colombia).
