Role Summary

As the Brand Manager for the Andean region, you will drive marketing strategy and commercial execution for Liquid Cleaners sub-category to achieve financial and market share goals. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to lead impactful brand initiatives across multiple markets and shape the sub-category's strategic vision. You will own the regional sub-category P&L; and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate regional strategy into local market success.

The single primary objective of this role is to maximize sub-category growth, profitability, and market leadership across the region.

Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end strategy for marketing, media, communication, and go-to-market plans for sub-category initiatives and product launches.
- Own the regional sub-category P&L;, monitoring key performance indicators and driving margin improvement and portfolio simplification initiatives.
- Conduct monthly business reviews to evaluate competitive dynamics, identify market opportunities, and implement actionable growth plans.




- Partner closely with in-country Brand Development Managers to ensure seamless execution of general and regional strategies across local operations.
- Direct agency partners in creating compelling creative briefs to localize and amplify the regional innovation pipeline.
- Oversee the development of locally sourced packaging and promotional SKUs, guiding teams on forecasting, artwork processes, and SKU extensions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of commercial or marketing experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Nielsen Discover.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Finance.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional and regional teams.
- Strong analytical ability to translate market insights and P&L; metrics into commercial strategy.
