About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients of a growing Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law firm. This role is critical to converting qualified leads into retained clients by delivering exceptional customer service, building trust, demonstrating empathy, and guiding callers through the intake process.

The idóneo candidate has experience in legal intake, customer service, sales, or client relations, and is comfortable speaking with injured or distressed individuals while gathering accurate information and driving case conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone.
- Conduct intake interviews and gather detailed case information.
- Evaluate and qualify potential Personal Injury cases based on established criteria.
- Build rapport and provide a compassionate, professional client experience.
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to encourage retention and engagement.




- Accurately enter and maintain client information in Lead Docket and other case management systems.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications and case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and support staff to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Meet intake performance, conversion, and responsiveness goals.
- Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Legal Intake Specialist or Legal Assistant
- Personal Injury intake experience strongly preferred.
- Fluent English communication skills with minimal accent.
- Excellent customer service and active listening skills.
- Strong empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience using CRM or case management systems.
