Cynet is seeking an experienced, cyber-oriented Partner Success Manager to own relationships across our NA/LATAM partner ecosystem (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers) and our direct customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving value, supporting adoption, guiding enablement, and ensuring long-term success for both partners and customers.
You will collaborate closely with Cynet’s Onboarding team (who leads the OB process), ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing success. As a trusted advisor to partners and customers, you will provide strategic guidance, translate feedback into action, and proactively manage risks, escalations, and growth opportunities in collaburation with the Commercial and Technical teams.

Partner Success Responsibilities
- Oversee the partner/customer onboarding journey (Onboarding team leads the process) and ensure readiness for long-term success




- Maintain proactive and strategic communication with partner stakeholders
- Maintain regular customer check-ins and communication plans
- Conduct partner-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs); Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with customer leadership
- Track partner/customer satisfaction, usage, adoption, and performance metrics
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Identify opportunities within partner portfolios for adoption growth and revenue expansion
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
- Advocate for requirements and feedback across product, engineering, PS, support, and sales
- Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding how partners operate and how Cynet strengthens their service delivery
