Remote · Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (Pacific, Central, or Eastern) · $2,000/month
A campaign doesn't stop needing you once it goes live. That's when the interesting part starts.
We're looking for a bilingual Digital Marketing Specialist who is fluent in both English and Spanish, with flawless English and hands-on experience managing campaigns from launch through optimization.
You'll plan and launch campaigns, watch the numbers, spot what's working (and what isn't), and make changes while there's still time to improve the result. You'll work across paid ads, email/SMS, copy, and creative, depending on the business you're supporting.
The mix of work will change from client to client. What won't change is the expectation that you own what you're running. We don't need someone who launches a campaign and waits for the next reporting meeting to decide what happened.

What you'll be doing
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creative based on what's actually happening.




- Work with writers and designers on ad copy and creative, then pay attention to which versions are getting results once they're live.
- Build and send email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo or Mailchimp, testing things like subject lines, messaging, and timing.
- Work across English and Spanish audiences, making sure campaigns and messaging are clear and natural for the audience they're intended for.
- Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to speed up your work, while using your own judgment to decide what is worth putting in front of customers.
- Review campaign performance regularly and turn the numbers into clear next steps: what should we keep, change, test, or stop?
- Work closely with content, design, and project managers to keep campaigns moving and make sure everyone knows what's happening.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, managing campaigns from planning and launch through optimization
